Richard Dwelle founded Rearden Digital Assets and before this, he was the COO of Arkose Energy Corp. Richard served as the Country Manager and Chairman of oil and gas services company Wood International, FZE, based in Cairo, Egypt, from 2016 to 2022. From 2009 to 2015, he was Vice President of Business Development at Wood, and prior to that, he held executive positions at National Petroleum and Energy, including Senior Vice President.

She has an accomplished track record with supply chain projects involving implementation of new policies and procedures, cost efficiencies and a variety of innovative solutions to improve daily operations.
